Mimas Production Group is located at Körfez, Izmit / TURKEY, 80 km. from Istanbul and 10 km. from Derince Harbour. The total open area is 40.000m², of which the covered area for fabrication, maintenance workshop & warehouse comprise 6.000m². Offices and auxiliary facilities cover 1.000m². The annual fabrication capacity of the plant is 7.500 tons. Mimas Production Group has been established in 1973 as a Structural Steel Plant and Pipe Fabrication Plant. In the past years, the Group has expanded its operations in different fields of fabrication and production. In the fabrication area, Mimas Production Group started to take orders as a subcontracter for both machinery construction and miscellaneous machinery elements. The in-house subcontracting operations include welding, sheet metal working, processing, milling, lathing, bending, grinding, cutting, drilling, forming, sandblasting, coating, assembling, surface treatment and the similar. The Group manufactures and exports its products to various European Countries and Mediterreanean Region. We have a very flexible manufacturing scheme that allows us to render tailored manufacturing services complying with relevant international standards. For instance, we are the strategic partner of the widely known design and construction firms and we have been choosen to manufacture various steel structures and machinery for TKS (Thyssen Krupp Stahl), EBG, Corus, Salzgitter, Usinor, Ekostahl and Bonazzing. Moreover, the primary focus of Mimas Production Group regarding the activities is the well-balanced price and quality for the customers.
